Oviedo is currently in a growth spurt. On the north side of Mitchell Hammock Road, east of State Road 434 and bordered by the Kingsbridge West subdivision to the east, the City of Oviedo is expanding its downtown on approximately 50 acres.
Oviedo on the Park has an expected completion date of 2015. Other developments are under construction around the City offering residents new places to dine and partake of consumer services.
Oviedo is a wonderful place to live and home to the Oviedo Mall which opened in 1998 as the Oviedo Marketplace Mall.
