1. Initial Visit 
To help determine the appropriate lease rate for your property, we offer a property evaluation and provide you with a free rental analysis. That’s why we encourage meeting our clients one on one (if possible) to view the property and discuss any concerns.

2. On-going Communication
Our Real Property Management team makes every effort to keep you informed about your property.  We update you on property activities, including financial reports, vacancies, inspections, leasing, and maintenance.  Irrespective of where you live, you are not left in the dark. 3. Comprehensive Marketing

When your property is entered into the Orlando Multiple Listing Service (MLS), over 15,000 Realtors can see your home. We also market your listing online with relevant property details likes maps, photos and short videos. We make our listing available to Lease Locator Companies in Florida.

6. Tenant Screening 
Thorough tenant screening is critical and to that effect, every tenants application is evaluated based on a number of factors such as criminal background, credit reports and sex offender/rental history. We pull driver’s license records to check previous addresses. It’s required that a tenant earns at least three times the monthly rent in order to qualify for a home, So we make sure we call the employers and get some financial information regarding our tenants. Employment and income verification is also an important part of our screening process. So we make sure we ask for pay stubs to document the income.  We schedule a lease signing once we have a qualified tenant.

7. Lease 
Our experience leasing agents respond promptly to all inquiries with regards your property and equally provide tips and advice. All paper work related to the leasing of your property is well taken care of and we ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws. Our lease is attorney drawn, reviewed and updated on a regular basis by our attorney.

10. Move-out Process 
We have an extensive move-out process that includes a digital video recording of the property. We set high expectations for our tenants. Tenants are supplied with written move-out procedures to follow and are held accountable for any repairs or cleaning that is necessary when they vacate the property.  This is done from the beginning of the lease period.
